Can Uber or Lyft driver change the destination?
Uber Driver-partners and riders are able to change destinations during trips by using the app. Changes cannot be made to destinations when driver-partners are carrying uberPOOL riders. Lyft Drivers are unable to change destinations as Lyft gives passengers the power to adjust their stops. Drivers and passengers are unable to change destinations when using the Shared ride option.
